Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Amex, Visa Electron and Solo. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. Online payment is processed via PayPal either by using your credit card or by using your PayPal account. You do NOT require a PayPal account to shop on this website.

NB. Amex users either need to pay through PayPal checkout or email us separately and we will organise a money request.

Shipping And Handling
Delivery where possible will be within 3 days. If your order arrives before 2pm and the item is in stock, it will often be despatched the same day.

UK Delivery - We use Royal Mail First Class for all standard deliveries under 1.75kg. Anything over 1.75kg we use Parcelforce.
Europe & US Delivery - Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets up to 2kg. Anything over 2kg we use Parcelforce Worldwide.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Shop with confidence.

Privacy Policy
Go-Eco do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. Returns Policy
All goods are inspected before despatch. However, if there is a problem with your goods they must be returned within 14 days in order to receive a full refund or replacement goods if available. Please return goods to:- Go-Eco Returns, 12 Emmens Close, Checkendon, Oxon, RG8 0TU.
